* We accept returns or exchanges within 2 days of receiving your order.
* The perfume must be unused and in its original packaging.

* Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged.
* Refunds are processed within 2 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
* Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.
